This is exemplified by the construction of a “Balairaya” on Kg. Tamang at Sebatik Island, Tawau. YB Datuk Hassan A Gani Pg Amir, Sebatik Assemblyman and Deputy Chairman of SEC, officiated the Balairaya in a plaque signing ceremony witnessed by SEC Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO), Tuan Haji Ir Ahmad Jaffar.
