Staying true to its tradition, Sabah Energy Corporation (SEC) once again participated in the Majlis Penyerahan Kuih-Muih Hari Raya Aidilfitri kepada Pasukan Keselamatan dan Petugas Kesihatan, an annual initiative by the Sabah State Government. This meaningful effort, held during the holy month of Ramadan, honours the dedication and sacrifices of frontliners who tirelessly serve the community, especially during the Hari Raya celebrations.

Alongside State and Federal ministries, government-linked companies (GLCs), and non-governmental organisations (NGOs), SEC was proud to contribute to this initiative as a gesture of appreciation for the invaluable work of security and healthcare personnel.

During the event, SEC’s Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Adzmir Abd Rahman, presented a symbolic gift basket to the Chief Minister of Sabah, YAB Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji bin Haji Noor. The presentation was witnessed by Sabah Public Service Department Director-General, YBhg. Datuk Zainuddin Aman, and Sabah Federal Secretary, YBhg. Dato’ Seri Hj. Rosli Bin Isa.

The gift basket symbolised SEC’s contribution of 15 boxes of Kuih-Muih Hari Raya, which were later distributed to 15 key frontliner agencies. These included the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), the Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM), the Immigration Department, the Health Department, and several others.

As Hari Raya approaches, SEC remains committed to fostering unity and goodwill within the community. Through acts of giving and appreciation, the company hopes to strengthen the spirit of togetherness and gratitude for those who keep Sabah safe and secure.
