Sabah Energy Corporation Sdn. Bhd. on 5th September 2019 presented its Business Zakat Contribution of RM110,280.00 to Pusat Zakat Sabah for the business period 2018. The cheque presentation was held at SEC premises at Wisma Bnadaraya, Kota Kinabalu witnessed by Senior SEC and Pusat Zakat Officers.

1st July 2019. A luncheon to celebrate the auspicious Kaamatan celebration and Hari Raya was organised by SEC for its staff. Among the highlight at the event were Best Dress Men/Women Kaamatan and Dress Men/Women Hari Raya. This year Mr. Eric Chew and Pn. Rito @ Nelly binti Gorou won the Best Dress Men/Women for the Kaamatan Category, while Mr. Ramlee Sait and Cik Siti Saadiatul Izzaty won the Hari Raya Men/Women Best Dress category.
There were also lucky draws presented at the event.
